An ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) is hardware built for one job: running a crypto hash algorithm as efficiently as possible. The Z15 Pro is built for Equihash, not for Bitcoin’s SHA-256. It is far more efficient at Equihash than a GPU or CPU would be for the same work.

Hashrate is how many hash calculations the miner performs per second. For the Z15 Pro it is measured in KSol/s (kilosolutions per second). Higher hashrate means a larger share of network work and, all else equal, more mining reward. Official typical hashrate for this model is 860 KSol/s (±3%).

Efficiency is electricity used per unit of hashrate. For the Z15 Pro, Bitmain lists 3.31 J/KSol at 25°C (±5%). Better efficiency means lower power cost for the same hashrate, which matters for long-term profitability.

Most operators join a mining pool and receive steady proportional payouts. Solo mining keeps the full block reward if you find a block, but odds are very low for a single machine. Use a reputable Equihash / Zcash pool unless you understand solo risk.

Daily profit ≈ daily gross revenue (after pool fees) minus electricity cost. Electricity ≈ (2780 W ÷ 1000) × 24 × your $/kWh. Payback ≈ hardware cost ÷ daily profit. Coin price and network difficulty change, so treat any figure as an estimate. Use the ROI calculator on the product page.

The Z15 Pro is rated around 75 dBA at 25°C (fan at high RPM). That is loud, similar to a vacuum running continuously. A garage, basement or dedicated room is typical. Bedroom or living-room use usually needs acoustic isolation.

With clean airflow, stable power and normal temperatures, ASICs often run reliably for several years. Economic obsolescence (newer, more efficient models) can matter before physical failure. Follow Bitmain’s operating limits and keep dust under control.

Older ads sometimes use “840K”. We sell the current Antminer Z15 Pro 860K with Bitmain Support’s typical 860 KSol/s rating (model 240-Z).

Equihash coins supported by Bitmain for this model: Zcash (ZEC) and Horizen (ZEN). It cannot mine Bitcoin (SHA-256) or switch algorithms.

Current Bitmain Support specs for Z15 Pro (240-Z) list 2780 W (±5%) and 3.31 J/KSol at 25°C. Older manuals or third-party pages sometimes show different estimates. We follow official Support values.

Yes. Factory PSU is included. Power cords (two cables rated ≥10 A) are not included, which is common for ASIC distributors.

ASIC prices and mining economics can move quickly. Once an order is placed and payment is in process or confirmed, orders are generally final, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. See our Terms & Conditions.

Hardware demand and resale value track crypto markets. Allowing free cancellation would leave the seller exposed to rapid price swings. Please only order if you are ready to complete payment and take delivery.

Typical wall power is 2780 W at 25°C (±5%), about 66.7 kWh per day if it runs 24/7. Input: 200–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz, 20 A (two AC inputs, 10 A each). Adapted AC capacity recommended: 4000 W.

Many home circuits cannot safely supply ~2780 W continuously. Use correct voltage (200–240 V), properly rated cords and circuits, and have a qualified electrician review the install if unsure. Wrong voltage can damage the unit.

No. Buy two PDU/power cords rated ≥10 A that match your region and PSU inlets.

Connect power and Ethernet, access the miner’s web UI on your local network, and point it to your pool and wallet per Bitmain’s manual. Keep ambient temperature within 0–40 °C and provide clear airflow.

Keep fans and heatsinks free of dust, monitor temperatures, and use a stable power supply. Overheating and dirty intakes are common causes of downtime.

Do not overload circuits, use quality cables, avoid moisture, and inspect for heat damage. Mining hardware is high-load equipment; treat it like industrial gear.

Standard Bitmain manufacturer warranty is typically 180 days from delivery, subject to Bitmain’s terms and normal use. Details: Warranty & repairs.

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover wrong voltage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, or use outside published environmental limits.

Email support@z15pro860.com with order number, model, serial if available, fault description and photos/logs. Do not ship hardware until you receive written return instructions.

Unauthorised repairs or mods, misuse, physical abuse, and external damage such as surges or incorrect power can void coverage.

Fixed shipping is $150, added at checkout.

Import duties, VAT and brokerage in your country (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
