1. Agreement
These Terms apply to all sales of products from Z15 Pro 860K / z15pro860.com (“Seller”) to the purchaser (“Customer”). Together with the order confirmation and payment instructions, they form the agreement between the parties. Any conflicting purchase terms proposed by the Customer are rejected unless accepted by us in writing.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell original Bitmain ASIC mining hardware. Specifications published on this website (including hashrate, power draw and efficiency for the Antminer Z15 Pro) follow Bitmain Support documentation and are typical values subject to the manufacturer’s published tolerances. Product images are illustrative; the unit shipped is the current production version.
Cryptocurrency mining profitability depends on network difficulty, coin price, electricity cost and pool fees. Past or estimated returns are not a guarantee of future results. We are not responsible for changes in mining economics after purchase.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order on the website is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example if stock is unavailable or payment is not received). A binding sale is formed when we confirm the order and full payment has been received in accordance with these Terms.
Stock quantities shown on the site are indicative. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any crypto payment received for that item, less network fees we cannot recover, where applicable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged as a fixed $150 rate at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes in the destination country are the Customer’s responsibility.
Payment must be made in advance by USDC, USDT or BTC only, to the wallet address we provide for your order. We are not obliged to reserve or ship products until full payment is confirmed on the relevant network. Underpayment, wrong-network transfers or funds sent to an incorrect address are at the Customer’s risk; recoverability is not guaranteed.
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, except where we cancel an order we cannot fulfil.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start after payment confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the Customer when the carrier takes possession of the goods, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Inspect packaging on arrival and report visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect address details supplied by the Customer may cause delay or failed delivery; re-shipping costs may apply.
6. Pre-orders and future batches
Unless explicitly offered, we do not accept pre-orders. Upcoming batch months listed on the site are informational only and do not create a right to reserve units.
7. Warranty
Products include the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 180 days from Bitmain for new Antminer units), subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect voltage, inadequate power infrastructure, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, or use outside published environmental limits.
To start a warranty claim, contact orders@z15pro860.com with your order reference and a description of the fault. Resolution may involve repair, replacement or manufacturer RMA as available.
8. Returns and cancellations
Because mining hardware is specialised equipment and prices move with the market, sales are generally final once payment is confirmed and the order is accepted, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
If we cancel before shipment, we will refund the crypto amount received for the cancelled goods according to our then-current refund process (network fees may apply).
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost mining revenue, downtime or electricity costs. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid us for the products in that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, manufacturer supply issues, network outages or regulatory changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
